A custom web design website will give you a unique and complete design created solely for you including copyright ownership. A web design is the consistent graphical look to all your web pages. A custom web design includes website navigation design (one set of graphic navigation and one set of text link navigation), header image including a montage or custom graphic incorporating your logo (if you don't have a logo design or want your existing one updated I also offer a logo design service), background image, graphical bullets, custom graphics related to content and page layout. The benefit of a custom web design is you own the copyright to the final web design chosen by you and allows you to display a copyright notice to state your ownership. Copyright ownership of the design is permanent and allows you to use or resell without my permission. Please note that you will not own copyright to any sourced photographs, content, services or logos that belong to or have been leased from other individuals, companies or organisations. The price of £450 is for the custom web design only, you can add any of the website elements on this website to your custom website project such as web pages, forms, animation, different types of navigation to suit your requirements and budget.

What is involved in a custom web design / website project?

The first step of the project is to define what you requirements are so that I can give you a price and timeline. All the information on this website will give you a good introduction as to your choices. You can call me to discuss your requirements or use the free quote form. Upon receipt of your requirements I will create a detailed quotation and either e-mail or post it to you. Once you are happy with your quote and ready to begin your project you can send your deposit payment of 50% via either UK Cheque, credit or debit card via paypal. Once your deposit is received your project will begin. Here is a overview of how the custom web design fits into the overall creation of a website:

Registration of domains and set up of hosting and e-mails
Send your website content such as existing photos, logo and text.
Creation of the initial custom web design including navigation and any additional items such as custom graphics
Initial custom web design put online for you to review and comment on
I make any changes and upload the updated custom web design version for you to review and comment on again
Once you are happy with the custom web design I will convert the custom web design to web page format
At this stage your web pages and any other additional functionality will be added
You will then be able to review the first draft of your website online so you can review and comment on it
I then make any changes and upload the updated version for you to review again
Once you are happy with the website I will await the balancing payment for the project
When the final payment is recieved I will put your site live and submit it to the search engines.
